# Forum Activity (New)

Engagement Trend

The **Engagement Trend** chart tracks your activity over time, showing how frequently you interact with the forum. It combines all engagement types to help you understand your participation pattern.

* **All:** Total interactions across all types (topics, posts, and likes).
* **Topic:** Number of new topics you’ve created.
* **Post:** Number of comments or replies you’ve made in discussions.
* **Like:** Number of likes you’ve given to other members’ posts.
* **Timeline View:** Displays activity distributed over time (e.g., weekly or monthly), making it easy to identify periods of high or low engagement.

The **Active Time** heatmap shows **when you are most active** in the forum, broken down by **day of the week** and **hour of the day**.

#### **Key elements:**

* **Days (rows):** Sunday through Saturday show which days you tend to engage the most.
* **Hours (columns):** 0–23 hours represent your activity across the day in hourly intervals.
* **Color intensity:**
  * Lighter shades = lower activity
  * Darker shades = higher activity
* **Filters:**

  * **Time of the Day:** Focus on your daily activity cycle.
  * **Last 90 Days / Last 365 Days:** Switch between short-term and long-term patterns.

The **Sentiment** section provides insights into how the delegate communicates and how their content is perceived by the community.

#### **Public Sentiment**

* Indicates the **general tone of community interactions** related to the delegate.
* Based on sentiment analysis of recent posts, comments, and discussions.
* Scales: **Neutral → Balanced → Slightly Positive → Positive → Very Positive**.

#### **Sentiment Score**

* Quantifies the **overall positivity or negativity** in the delegate’s written content.
* Helps track changes in tone over time to understand shifts in communication style or community perception.
* Scales: **Very Negative → Negative → Neutral → Positive → Very Positive.**

#### **Readability Score**

* Reflects how **easy or difficult** the delegate’s content is to read and comprehend.
* Scales: **Very Easy → Easy → Difficult → Very Difficult**.
* Useful for evaluating how accessible the delegate’s posts are to a wide audience.

#### **Wordcloud**

* Highlights the **most frequently used terms** in the delegate’s content.
* Larger words indicate higher frequency, providing a snapshot of the delegate’s primary topics and focus areas.

### **Response**

The **Response** section measures **your responsiveness and engagement behavior** in the forum. It’s split into two parts:

**Response in my topic**

Measures how quickly you respond to comments in topics **you created**.

* **Average Reply Time:** The average amount of time it takes you to reply to someone commenting on your topic.
* **Fastest/Slowest Reply:** Highlights the range of responsiveness — from immediate replies to delayed engagement.
* **Reply Rate:** The percentage of comments in your topics that you replied to.
* **Distribution Chart:** Shows how quickly you tend to respond to comments in your threads (e.g., under 30 minutes, 6–24 hours, 3–7 days).

**Response in others topic**

Tracks how quickly you post comments in topics **created by others**.

* **Average Reply Time:** The average time it takes you to leave a comment after a new topic is created.
* **Fastest/Slowest Response:** The shortest and longest time it took you to comment after the topic was posted.
* **Distribution Chart:** Displays how your responses are spread over time (e.g., within 12 hours, 1–2 weeks, 3–4 weeks), helping illustrate your typical engagement pattern with others’ discussions.
